Chipps down Spartans 23-10
2/5 - 6th ranked CMU held strong tonight against Michigan State, winning 7 of 10 matches at Rose Arena to defeat Michigan State 23-10. The Rock the Rose event attracted over 3,000 fans to see the interstate dual. Click more for a full recap from CMU Sports Information.
Lowell takes national power Graham to the wire
2/2 - Returning state champs Lowell, currently ranked #1 in Division 1, made a statement on the national scene, winning 6 of 14 matches against the #3 ranked team in the country, St. Paris Graham of Ohio on Sunday. Graham
came in fresh off a 36-21 win over the current #1 Blair Academy and will likely be the #1 when the new National High School Team Rankings out. Lowell lost the dual 38-25 but scored a handful of big wins, including Jackson Morse and brother Andrew, who both knocked off returning state champs. Jackson defeated Kyle Ryan with a dominant 10-1 major decision at 160lbs while Andrew edged Brian Stephens 9-8 at 145lbs. Click more for the full boxscore.

1/27 - It is official. After speaking with FloWrestling's Martin Floreani has has reassured that Michigan high school athletes will be eligible to compete at the FloNationals, because it is an "Open" event. Floreani says that he has confirmed this with the MHSAA and they are excited to have Michigan's best in attendance.
